My practice emerges from the quiet spaces where private experience meets wider social and institutional narratives.

Growing up between Yugoslavia, Switzerland, and the UK, and later living and working in France, Japan, and the United States, I developed a sensitivity to cultural shifts and the way images, spaces, and human behaviour are shaped by context.

Currently based between London and Belgrade, where I completed my BA and MA at the Faculty of Fine Arts, my practice spans painting, prints, installation, performance, and video. Rather than working within a fixed style, each piece begins with an idea: the concept determines the medium through which the work unfolds.

My work traces the tensions of contemporary life, navigating the unstable territories of personal experience, politics, and the art system. I see artistic practice as an ability to inhabit uncertainty - being an artist today means living inside contradictions and still creating meaning.

Alongside my artistic practice, I have worked for over two decades as a costume designer on a number of acclaimed films. This parallel field has deeply shaped my sensitivity to gesture, framing, and the often unseen narratives behind images. My work has been presented internationally through exhibitions and collaborative art projects.
